Even the Surface Conditioning Discs from Cut Abrasives are constructed from an open nylon web loaded with abrasive granules. They remove the least amount of material while providing a continuous and regulated finish. Due to the nature of the substance, the surface conditioning material provides a special mix of advantages. It has an aggressive performance but a longer life, a wide range of high flexibility, and a consistent finish. Even though it is forceful, this product won't accidentally gouge your workpiece.

In addition to performing well, surface conditioning discs are safer to use than wire wheels or brushes since no chips will fly off when they are in use. Although surface conditioning discs will give you peace of mind if safety is a priority, this is not to indicate that products made of wire are harmful.
